Alice stool
The Alice stool draws inspiration from Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland, offering a dreamlike, oversized vision of nature. The four-leaf clover — a symbol of luck and rarity — is subtly integrated into the seat’s design, whose edges seem to distort and gradually dissolve. This transformation extends to the stool’s slightly flared legs, creating the illusion that the object is melting into its surroundings. Crafted using artificial intelligence, the floral pattern is inspired by classic still-life paintings, blurring the line between reality and illusion, authenticity and digital dream. Available in two shades — soft pink and deep red — the color palette reflects different stages of life, reminding us that age is love is an ageless adventure.
Presented in Milan during the Design Week 2025, Alice Stool by Clementine Chambon is part of “Can You Imagine?”, a collection by Secondome which aims to promote creativity as a central and positive force to driving future scenarios.
